Hello. We hope you find this Guided Mindfulness Exercise a useful tool to Manage Your Worry. Listen and follow it all the way through. Try to aim to do it everyday for for a few weeks and then see if you notice any changes to your worry and how much you do it.
All the research shows that if you do it daily for roughly eight weeks you should start to see a significant difference.
Here’s some other things you might want to understand about worry.
- 90% of what people worry about never comes true.
- Worry is simply thinking about a future that is not real. Keep reminding yourself that the present moment “the NOW” is the only time that is happenning.
