What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

 

We understand that appointments need to be cancelled and re-scheduled from time to time. If you need to cancel or re-schedule a booked appointment , please give us at least 48 hrs notice. If an appointment is arranged and then cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice, then the clinic will charge a late cancellation fee, equivalent to a full session fee*. Further appointments can not be booked until this payment has been made. We thank you for your consideration in this matter.

*Please note that no Private Healthcare Insurer will cover the cost of missed or cancelled Private Therapy appointments. The responsibility lies with the Policy Holder to cover these costs.

 

What are the fees for CBT Therapy?

 

This is dependent on whether you are coming through Private Healthcare Insurance or not. It is also dependent on the location you wish to be seen at. Please contact the clinic directly for any questions around fees.

 

What do I do if I’m in Crisis?

 

• Speak to your GP Immediately
• Take yourself to Accident & Emergency Department  at your local Hospital
• Call an Ambulance on 999
• Call Samaritans on 116 124 they are open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week
