How do I Pay for My Therapy?
The CBT Clinic London accepts payment by Cash, Cheque or BACS .
What if I need to Cancel or Reschedule my Appointment?
We understand that appointments need to be cancelled and re-scheduled from time to time. If you need to cancel or re-schedule a booked appointment , please give us at least 48 hrs notice.
If an appointment is arranged and then cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice, then the clinic will charge a late cancellation fee, equivalent to a full session fee*.
Further appointments can not be booked until this payment has been made.
We thank you for your consideration in this matter.
*Please note that no Private Healthcare Insurer will cover the cost of missed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hrs notice.
What are the Fees for Therapy?
This is dependent on whether you are coming through Private Healthcare Insurance or not. It is also depenedent on the location you wish to be seen at.

What do I do if I'm in Crisis?
