Once you contact us we will then arrange a convenient time for a brief telephone assessment with one of the clinical team. During this assessment we can find out more about your particular difficulty and answer any questions you may have. Based on your particular difficulty we will then arrange for you to see the appropriate member of our therapy team. Once an appointment has been agreed you will shortly after receive a confirmation text with directions to the relevant CBT Therapy Clinic.
