Alistair Bond is the Clinical Director of the CBT Clinic London. He is a highly experienced Fully BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Mindfulness teacher. He has many years experience of treating people with a wide range of psychological difficulties and has facilitated many successful recoveries.
Alistair is passionate about only treating clients with Evidence Based Therapies. CBT and Mindfulness are two therapeutic modalities that have undergone rigorous and lengthy scientific research to prove they are effective in treating many psychological difficulties.
Alistair is a keen writer and regularly writes articles and features about psychology and the human mind. He is also an amateur film maker and is the founder of Think TV a TV production company that makes videos whose aim is to improve the psychological well being of the viewer. Alistair Bond was part of the team that proved the effectiveness of delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to large communities and as a result the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) scheme was awarded £108 million to provide CBT in every major area in the UK and Scotland.
Mr Bond is a member of the BABCP and fully adheres to their best practices and guidelines. Mr Bond guarantees his patients the very best CBT and clinical treatment, by receiving regular top up training at the Institute of Psychiatry (IOP) in London. He receives regular clinical supervision by a Consultant Psychiatrist.
