What to Do in an Emergency:

  1. If you or someone you know is feeling actively suicidal or are experiencing an acute emergency, please call 999 and ask for the ambulance service or the police.*
  2. If you or someone you know require urgent care but it is not life-threatening, you could call NHS 111 or take yourself to the nearest A&E.
  3. Any concerns about your mental health can also be discussed with your GP.
